Return Policy

1.1 Overview
All purchases made through our website, Discord server, Minecraft server, custom game services, or Roblox experiences are considered final. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
Due to the nature of digital goods, most items are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase and are therefore non-reversible.
1.2 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will ONLY be considered under specific and limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions (charged more than once for the same item)
- Failure to deliver the purchased product within the stated timeframe (typically 24–72 hours)
- A confirmed technical issue on our end that prevents you from receiving or using the product
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
1.3 Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Digital goods that have already been delivered
- Discord roles, perks, or server access
- Minecraft ranks, in-game currency, or items
- Custom game content, unlocks, or features
- Roblox gamepasses, developer products, or in-game purchases
Additionally, refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You fail to read or understand the product description
- You no longer wish to use the service
- Your account is banned, muted, or restricted due to rule violations
1.4 Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your product within the expected delivery time:
- Contact support before requesting a refund
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID)
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and resolution
We will prioritize resolving the issue before issuing any refund.
1.5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.
Consequences may include:
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban from all services
- Revocation of all purchased items
- Blacklisting from future purchases
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
1.6 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us through our official Discord support system
- Provide valid proof of purchase
- Clearly explain the reason for your request
All requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
1.7 Partial Refunds
In rare situations, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if:
- Only part of the service was delivered
- A portion of the product is unusable due to technical issues
1.8 Abuse of Refund System
Any attempt to abuse the refund system (e.g., false claims, exploiting delivery systems) will result in:
- Denial of current and future refund requests
- Account suspension or permanent ban
1.9 Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the policy.
