2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or purchasing from our website, Discord server, Minecraft server, custom-built game services, or Roblox experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using all services.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2.3 User Conduct

You agree to follow all rules and behave appropriately across all platforms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

2.4 Purchases & Digital Goods

All purchases made are for digital goods and services, including but not limited to: Discord roles, perks, or access; Minecraft ranks, items, or currency; custom game content, assets, or privileges; and Roblox gamepasses, developer products, or in-game items.

You are solely responsible for your account and any activity under it. This includes keeping your login credentials secure, not sharing your account with others, and any actions performed using your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from compromised accounts.

2.6 Service Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of the service at any time; change pricing, features, or content without notice; and perform maintenance that may temporarily disrupt access. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or data loss.

2.7 Bans & Enforcement

We may suspend or permanently ban users for violating any rules or policies, abusive or harmful behavior, or fraudulent or suspicious activity. Bans apply across all platforms (Discord, Minecraft, Roblox, website, and custom games).

No refunds will be issued if access is revoked due to rule violations.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, code, branding, and game assets, are owned by us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content; claim ownership of our work; or use our assets without permission.

2.9 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Discord, Minecraft, Roblox, or payment providers. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, account bans or restrictions from those platforms, or data handled outside our systems.

2.10 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of data, items, or progress; financial losses from purchases; service interruptions or technical issues; or user disputes or interactions. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or any misconduct or illegal activity.

2.12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2.13 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe the user has violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

We may collect limited data necessary to operate our services. This may include usernames and IDs, purchase history, and basic usage data. We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share data if required by law or to protect our services.
